During the design process, we work with you on creating the image, and once we receive your approval we engrave that design.

Due to the personalized nature of our products we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. We will, however, gladly replace any merchandise that arrives damaged or defective (this covers manufacturer defects and damages to the product other than shipping damage and does NOT cover engraving or quality satisfaction).  Request for replacement must be made within seven days of receipt of item.  Item return or proof of damage may be required.
